Gordon Currie is a freelance musical director who has worked with a variety of companies in and around Glasgow. Annie was his first show with the Lyric Club and he was especially delighted to have made this new association since his daughter, Liesl, was playing the title role.

He was Musical Director on the song and dance course of the NODA Summer School at Loughborough.

The wide variety of shows that Gordon has conducted includes Chess, Scrooge, Kiss Me Kate, Me and My Girl, Desert Song, The Merry Widow, The Sound of Music and all the popular Gilbert and Sullivan operas, to name but a few.

The Lyric Club counts itself fortunate to have secured the services of Gordon for Annie.
